Athens Drive golfer qualifies for U.S. Women's Open

SANFORD - Katherine Perry helped the Athens Drive girls win the state 4-A golf championship last fall.
On Thursday, she did something even more dramatic, winnng a local qualifier in Sanford to snag a spot in the U.S. Women's Open.
The 64th Women's Open will be July 6-12 at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pa.
