Person golfers score top-4 finish at PAC-6 match

The Person golf team broke through for a top-four finish at Tuesday's second Piedmont Athletic Conference match held at the Falls Village Golf Course. Southern Durham was the host team in a match that featured some less than ideal conditions, especially on the greens that had recently been aerated.
Riverside won comfortably over the rest of the field on Tuesday, scoring a team total of 148. Northern finished 11 strokes back at 159, followed by East Chapel Hill (162) in third, Person (170) in fourth, Jordan(177) in fifth, and Chapel Hill (180) in sixth. Southern and Hillside totaled a 237 and a 244 respectively to place in the bottom two positions.
